三复白圭：多次吟诵“白圭”之诗。《诗经·大雅·抑》有诗句“白圭之玷，尚可磨也；斯言之玷，不可为也。”意思是白玉上面的污点，还可以把它磨掉，但说话不谨慎而出错，却是无法挽回的。南容三复白圭，目的是告诫自己说话要谨慎。
